Please follow the safety requirements below before trying any of the challenges:
  1. Parent or guardian supervision is required
  2. Only complete challenges that you are comfortable with.
  3. Make sure you have a safe, open space around you so you don’t trip over anything
  4. Make sure you use the equipment outlined in each challenge safely and check that the equipment works properly before you use it
  5. Only use equipment that you are comfortable with.
  6. Remember, there are equipment modifications for each challenge!
  7. Follow the instructions in each video to ensure you are safely completing the challenges before attempting them on your own
  8. Ensure you are wearing proper footwear, stay hydrated, and most importantly have fun!

Instructions

What Are We Doing?
Throw your balls as close to the target ball as you can

Where Should We Do It?
Hallway or open room inside

What Do We Need?
Four rolls of socks, another ball or sock roll of a different colour to be the target

How Do We Do It? 

  1. In a hallway/room, roll (underhand) the target ball or roll of socks to the other end of the hallway/room.
  2. Roll (underhand) the other four rolls, trying to get them as close to the first ball as possible.
  3. Once you have rolled all of the balls, try and throw the target ball to a more difficult location and try again.

        What Are We Doing?
        Hit the ball upwards with your hand/racquet as many times as you can

        Where Should We Do It?
        Open space inside/outside

        What Do We Need?
        Roll of socks/balloon, hand/racquet

        How Do We Do It?  

        1. In an open space, toss the ball of socks or balloon up in the air.
        2. Try to keep it in the air by hitting it upwards with your hand or racquet.
        3. Try not to let it hit the floor for as long as possible.

          What Are We Doing?
          Hop from one floor marker to the next without touching the ground

          Where Should We Do It?
          Open space inside/outside

          What Do We Need?
          Pillows/placemats/pieces of paper, stuffed animal (optional)

          How Do We Do It? 

          1. In an open space, lay out your floor markers (paper, placemats, pillows) on the ground so that they are spaced a couple of feet apart.
          2. Start at one end of the room and hop from one floor marker to the next to “cross the river” without touching the ground.

          Try again but place a stuffed animal on the other side of the room that you have to bring back to the side you started on.
