Please follow the safety requirements below before trying any of the challenges:
  1. Parent or guardian supervision is required
  2. Only complete challenges that you are comfortable with.
  3. Make sure you have a safe, open space around you so you don’t trip over anything
  4. Make sure you use the equipment outlined in each challenge safely and check that the equipment works properly before you use it
  5. Only use equipment that you are comfortable with.
  6. Remember, there are equipment modifications for each challenge!
  7. Follow the instructions in each video to ensure you are safely completing the challenges before attempting them on your own
  8. Ensure you are wearing proper footwear, stay hydrated, and most importantly have fun!

What Are We Doing?
Follow along and copy the dance moves 

Where Should We Do It?
Room inside with lots of space, outside 

What Do We Need?
Music/speaker 

How Do We Do It? 

  1. Get your music ready to play and stand in an open space.
  2. Play the video and listen to the music. 
  3. When the leader does a dance move, repeat that move after them.  
  4. Follow along and put your own creative twist on the moves!

        What Are We Doing?
        Practice your tossing and catching 

        Where Should We Do It?
        In a room with open wall space 

        What Do We Need?
        Soft ball/roll of socks 

        How Do We Do It?  

        1. Find a room with a clear space of wall where nothing is on it. 
        2. Standing a couple of steps from the wall, toss your ball of socks or ball against the wall and catch it as it rebounds back to you.
        3. Each time you catch it successfully, take a step backwards and try again.  
        4. You can use your non-dominant hand or try catching with one hand if you want an extra challenge!

          How Do We Do It? 

          1. The leader is going to call out an animal.
          2. Pretend to walk and talk like the animal (ex. Walk like a crab, waddle like a penguin, roar like a lion)
