During this workshop athletes learn about what it means to be an Athlete representative on a council including the importance of giving opinions, how to get and give feedback and more.

Workshops will take place on Zoom. You will need a computer, tablet or phone with internet connection to participate. Athletes who complete each workshop will receive an Athlete Leadership T-Shirt! Athletes who have already completed these workshops in 2020 are eligible to receive a t-shirt upon completing of the remaining courses.
