Session 2 for Teens – helps teens learn about the differences between high school and post-secondary education. Participants will learn about challenges, skills needed for success, disclosing a diagnosis, navigating services and helpful wellness tips.
Caregivers must attend session 1 on March 10th for teens to be eligible. Please note that spots are limited for teen session.
